Recommended Pickup

Chris Young, SP, SEA - This is a recommendation that may be coming late in a lot of deeper leagues, but Young has been so impressive in 2014 that he may not be available in many leagues much longer. With eight wins, 3.15 ERA, and 1.10 WHIP in 18 starts Young has be to one of the leading candidates in MLB for comeback player of the year after not playing in the bigs all of last year. In fact Young hasn't pitched more than 120 innings in a season since 2007 when he pitched 173.0 with San Diego. What's even more impressive is the fact that Young is tied for second on the Mariners in wins with Hisashi Iwakuma, but the Japanese import had a lot more hype over the offseason so he won't be available off the waiver wire unlike Young.

Other Recent Recommendations: Travis d'Arnaud, Jacob deGrom, Chris Coghlan, Arismendy Alcantara, and Drew Stubbs.

Draft Kings Value Picks

SP - Mark Buehrle, TOR ($6,000)
C - Travis d'Arnaud, NYM ($2,600)
1B - Chris Colabello, MIN ($3,400)
2B - DJ LeMahieu, COL ($3,300)
3B - Lonnie Chisenhall, CLE ($3,900)
SS - Danny Santana, MIN ($3,400)
OF - Marlon Byrd, PHI ($3,900)
