Tillman has pitched well of late (trotting out back-to-back one-run-in-six-inning starts and quality starts in four of his last five appearances), but in his final start of the season he faces the Red Sox at home. Advantage: Orioles. Baltimore is hot. Meanwhile, the Red Sox are injury-depleted and won't have close to the motivation to win the game as the potentially playoff-bound Orioles.
