Recommended Pickup

Vidal Nuno, SP, Seattle Mariners – Now with his third team in as many years, Nuno may have found a home in Seattle where he's pitched quite well out of the bullpen. Nuno brings a good 65:17 K: BB rate in 69.2 innings, while holding a 2.97 ERA and 1.16 WHIP. The Mariners recently called upon Nuno for a spot start on Wednesday, replacing James Paxton, and he pitched masterfully allowing only one hit in seven innings pitched. Nuno gave up two walks, but struck out 10 Rangers' hitters to give the Mariners a much needed win. You really only want to snag Nuno in deeper leagues, but keep in mind he was a decent prospect at one time for the Yankees and may be finally fulfilling his potential.

Other Recent Recommendations:Carl Crawford, Tanner Roark, Joe Panik, Javier Baez, Joe Kelly, Justin Morneau and Corey Seager
