Losing streak hits three
LightweightUFC
August 17, 2024
Glenn lost to Song Kenan via unanimous decision (27-30, 26-30, 28-29) at UFC 305 on Saturday in Perth, Australia.
ANALYSIS
Attempting to pick up a victory in a third weight class with the UFC, Glenn ended up not being particularly competitive at 170 pounds. He was able to make some headway early on with a pair of takedowns in Round 1, but Glenn failed on all nine of his attempts over the course of the final ten minutes, and that allowed Song to batter him on the feet with little resistance. Now 35 years of age, Glenn has lost three in a row and is winless in his last four (0-3-1). It may be the last we've seen of him in the UFC.

New fight scheduled
LightweightUFC
July 11, 2024
Glenn is set to fight Song Kenan at UFC 305 in Perth, Australia on August 17, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Glenn will take on Kenan in the welterweight division after losing his previous three bouts. At the least, Glenn will attempt to make it out of the first round, which he has been unable to do in his last two losses.
Second straight knockout loss
LightweightUFC
October 7, 2023
Glenn lost to Drew Dober via TKO (punches) at 2:36 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Glenn had never been knocked out in his first 30 professional fights. He's now been knocked out in back-to-back bouts in the span of just over six months. Glenn was a +310 underdog, second-largest on the entire card, so the fact he lost is far from surprising, but it's impossible to see how he will be able to compete moving forward if this new found lack of durability is here to stay. Sporting just one win in his past five fights (1-3-1) dating back to November 2018, there's a non-zero chance Glenn's roster spot could be in jeopardy.
Next bout scheduled
LightweightUFC
July 28, 2023
Glenn will face off against Drew Dober at UFC Vegas 80 on Oct. 7, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Glenn, who was defeated by Christos Giagos in April, will look to get back on track against Drew Dober in October. The 34-year-old American has been on the struggle bus lately, holding a 1-2-1 record in his last four fights.
Suffers first knockout loss
LightweightUFC
April 23, 2023
Glenn lost to Christos Giagos via KO (punch) at 1:35 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
A professional since July 2006, this was the first knockout loss of Glenn's career. It's a shocking result for a fighter who had long established himself as one of the toughest and most durable fighters in the sport today. He got crushed with a left hand from Giagos and appeared to be out before he hit the mat. It's just one loss, but Glenn had been sidelined since October 2021 and just turned 34 years of age, so it's fair to wonder if his durability is starting to wane. It would be understandable considering all the wars he has been in over the years. Glenn has fought just five times since July 2018, posting a 2-2-1 mark over that span.
Matchup with Giagos on tap

February 9, 2023
Glenn (groin) will take on Christos Giagos at the UFC event on April 22, Team Iridium Sports Agency reports.
ANALYSIS
Glenn's last scheduled fight was supposed to be last March against Drew Dober, but he was forced to withdraw to repair a torn groin. Now back to full strength, Glenn will seek his first victory since June of 2021 when he knocked out Joaquim Silva.
