Picks up third straight win
Lucindo defeated Karolina Kowalkiewicz via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) at UFC 301 on Saturday in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
ANALYSIS
Easy work. 16 years younger than her opponent and lightyears quicker, Lucindo consistently damaged Kowalkiewicz on the feet and was able to get out of the way before the latter was able to return fire. If that wasn't enough, Lucindo mixed in a pair of takedowns and 5:56 worth of control time for good measure. This was a dominant effort from start to finish. One of the youngest fighters in the female division at age 22, Lucindo has won three straight on the heels of a unanimous decision defeat to Yazmin Jauregui in her UFC debut back in August 2022.
