Rodriguez has struggled in her latest bouts, going 1-2 since the beginning of 2023 and losing most recently to Jessica Andrade via split decision back in April. The 37-year-old Brazilian will have the chance to prove that her age has not taken away her skill, fighting a newer fighter in Lucindo, who is 3-1 in her UFC career.

She improved in Round 2 and was even better in Round 3, but two of the three judges didn't think she did enough. The Brazilian is 36 years of age now, so she might as well seek the biggest fight possible, as soon as possible. Rodriguez is 5-2 in her past seven fights, although two of those wins are over Waterson. She'll also walk away with a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus for her efforts here.
