Heading into hostile territory
Brasil will take on Molly McCann in a strawweight matchup at UFC 304 on July 27, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Brasil is 1-2 iin the UFC, most recently dropping a unanimous decision to Loma Lookboonmee in February. She'll now walk into a hostile crowd, facing a Brit in an event that's tentatively scheduled to take place in Manchester, England. Brasil will be conceding a massive striking volume edge to McCann, who also has a slight advantage in terms of offensive wrestling volume. At the very least, Brasil will have slight height and reach advantages.

Inconsistent ways continue
Brasil lost to Loma Lookboonmee via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
This fight was more competitive than many expected it to be. Both women landed one takedown. If you told Brasil that was going to be the case before the fight began, she certainly would have signed up. Ultimately, however, Brasil wasn't able to consistently win the striking exchanges between the two despite having a big size advantage. It's certainly worth noting Lookboonmee was by far the best opponent Bruna had faced to date. Sporting a 1-2 record in her first three UFC bouts, Brasil looks like nothing more than roster depth.

Slated to fight in February
Brasil will fight Loma Lookboonmee on Feb. 10 at UFC Vegas 86, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Brasil secured her first UFC victory in July, defeating Shauna Bannon via unanimous decision. Lookboonmee is coming off her first submission victory in the UFC, defeating Elise Reed in Round 2 at UFC 284 in February.

Secures first UFC victory
Brasil defeated Shauna Bannon via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in London.
ANALYSIS
Brasil by no means overwhelmed the debuting Bannon, but she certainly did enough to win a clear decision. Bruna let her opponent lead the way on the feet, giving up plenty of volume in exchange for landing the more meaningful strikes. She tossed in a couple well-timed takedowns for good measure. Brasil's knockout loss to Denise Gomes in her UFC debut this past April seemed ugly at the time, but it looks much better now following Gomes' 20-second obliteration of Yazmin Jauregui a few weeks ago. We should see Brasil back in the Octagon in fairly short order.

Scheduled against debutant
Brasil will fight Shauna Bannon in a strawweight bout at UFC London on July 22, according to Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
After suffering a TKO loss to Denis Gomes in April, Brasil will try to redeem herself against one of the company's latest signings. Bannon is an undefeated fighter with fewer fights and a little less height but similar age and a larger reach.
