2024 Fantasy Outlook
Hill is the first player ever with multiple seasons of 1,700 receiving yards, having done it in both of his first two years with the Dolphins. He was on pace for a record-breaking 2,098 yards (and 17 TDs) through Week 13 last season, but then a Week 14 ankle injury cost him part of one game and all of another, derailing his MVP candidacy in the process. Coach Mike McDaniel's offense has proven even more fantasy-friendly than the Reid/Mahomes partnership Hill had in Kansas City, with the wideout playing fewer snaps than other top receivers (43.4 per game last year) but drawing targets on an unprecedented share of his routes. Last year, Hill was targeted on 38.2 percent of routes, putting him miles ahead of second-place Davante Adams (31.5). The year before, Hill was a bit lower at 34.0 percent, though still the NFL leader among players with 400 or more routes. Coming off the field on a semi-regular basis allows the league's fastest player to keep his leagues fresh and exert all his energy on each route he runs. Hill has missed just seven games in eight seasons despite heavy usage, and he doesn't seem to have lost a step ahead of his age-30 campaign, setting him up to again lead one of the league's most explosive offenses alongside QB Tua Tagovailoa and WR Jaylen Waddle. Returns to limited practice
Hill (wrist) was limited at practice Thursday.
ANALYSIS
After being listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's walkthrough, Hill's return to practice a day later, albeit in a limited fashion, puts him in a position to continue to play through his wrist issue Sunday against the Raiders. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Hill heads into the weekend with a Week 11 injury designation or fully cleared to face Las Vegas.

Hill's first season outside the friendly confines of Kansas City ended with career highs for targets, catches and yards, with the former Chief catching 70 percent of his chances for 10.1 YPT even though starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa took only two-thirds of Miami's snaps. Talented teammate Jaylen Waddle also had a hugely efficient year, buoyed by the long-distance touchdowns that are Hill's trademark, but the fleet-footed veteran ultimately drew 53 more targets than his half-a-step-slower running mate. Perhaps that gap closes this year as Waddle enters Year 3, but even then it's not like the Dolphins have a dominant TE, pass-catching back or strong No. 3 receiver to siphon targets. They did add slot specialist Braxton Berrios this offseason, potentially a minor upgrade on last year's third receiver Trent Sherfield. On the other hand, Berrios might see more work on special teams than offense, and coach Mike McDaniel solidified his preference for blocking tight ends by replacing Mike Gesicki (Patriots) with former Broncos backup Eric Saubert. The only real concern for Hill is Tagovailoa's injury history, and that was already a problem last season without dragging the wideout's stats down.

Playing through torn wrist ligament
Hill told Lisa Salters of ESPN on Monday that he's playing through a torn ligament in his wrist.
ANALYSIS
Hill's availability for Monday's win over the Rams was in doubt due to the injury, but he managed to suit up and scored a touchdown in Miami's 23-15 victory. With the Dolphins still clinging to faint playoff hopes at 3-6, Hill plans to continue playing through the injury. His practice reps will likely continue to be capped, though, so it wasn't surprising to see Hill listed as a non-participant in practice Wednesday ahead of Miami's Week 11 home game against the Raiders.
