2024 Fantasy Outlook
Washington was expected by many to be selected in the fourth round of the 2024 draft. The receiver fell into the sixth round, and Miami selected the receiver with the No. 184 pick. At 5-foot-9, 191 pounds and not showing great route versatility, Washington projects to be a slot receiver. Currently, the Dolphins have Braxton Berrios and River Cracraft who have functioned at times in the No. 3 receiver role. Should Washington have a strong training camp, it’s possible he can challenge Berrios and Cracraft for a regular role in the offense. However, with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle dominating targets, the No. 3 role in Miami is unlikely to provide significant target volume. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Scores first career TD
Washington secured one of two targets for 17 yards during Monday's 23-15 win over the Rams. He also scored an 18-yard rushing touchdown on his only carry.
ANALYSIS
The rookie sixth-round pick showcased his dynamic speed, with his first career touchdown coming on an end-around in which he benefited from De'Von Achane acting as a decoy. Washington also worked as the Dolphins' top punt returner, racking up 21 yards on three fielded returns. After a strong prime-time performance, Washington may be able to push for more usage versus the Raiders in Week 11.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Heavy usage to start rookie season?
Washington, whom the Dolphins selected in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, could be heavily involved in the passing game early in the season due to injuries in the wide receiver corps.
ANALYSIS
Tyreek Hill's finger injury has kept him sidelined since mid-August, and Jaylen Waddle has been limited to non-contact drills since sustaining an undisclosed issue in early August. Further, Odell Beckham will miss at least the first four games of the regular season as he continues to recover from offseason surgery. Washington has demonstrated his versatility during the preseason as a pass catcher and returner, though the Virginia product could see increased usage on offense should injuries force other wide receivers to be limited on game day or miss time altogether.
