SSeattle Seahawks
September 15, 2022
Tabor was signed from the Falcons' practice squad Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Tabor joining the Seahawks comes as the team placed Jamal Adams (knee) on IR. Although the starting free safety position will be taken over by Josh Jones, the addition of Tabor will add depth to the team's secondary.

2017
Tabor seems to be on the roster bubble ahead of the 2019 campaign. Even if he ultimately secures a roster spot, he'll be dependent on injuries to carve out anything more than a depth role.
One of a few players in the mix for the starting job on the outside opposite top cornerback Darius Slay, Tabor has made strides in his development since being made a frequent healthy scratch during his rookie season. The 2018 second-rounder saw a significant amount of reps with the Lions' first-team defense in training camp and the preseason, but so has Nevin Lawson and DeShawn Shead, and none of these guys can be realistically considered for fantasy purposes until someone seperates from the pack.
Tabor has arguably been a disappointment in training camp considering the Lions selected him in the second round of April’s draft. He’ll need a big preseason to beat out D.J. Hayden for playing time behind Darius Slay, Nevin Lawson and Quan Diggs, but even then he’s hardly worth IDP consideration.
