Staying healthy has been a struggle in Seattle for Adams, and he played just 15 snaps last season before tearing his quadriceps. Head coach Pete Carroll has said that he's hopeful that Adams will be ready for the season opener, although he'll need to prove his health on the practice field first. When he's on the field, he's a surefire IDP starter at DB, as he averaged 7.1 tackles per game through his first two seasons with the Seahawks. Unfortunately, he will continue to be an injury risk moving forward, as his quadriceps injury adds to a lengthy history of shoulder injuries.
