2024 Fantasy Outlook
Tillman had a slow start to his rookie season after being selected in the third round of the draft. In the receiver’s first seven games, he had three catches for 10 yards. Beginning in Week 12, Tillman became more involved in the offense. During that time, he had a trio of games with at least 43 yards. Even though there weren’t signs of dominance, Tillman likely showed enough to see an expanded role in 2024. The Browns placed Tillman (concussion) on injured reserve Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Tillman wasn't much of a factor in the Browns' passing game through the first six games of the campaign, but he saw his production spike with Jameis Winston under center. Over a four-game stretch from Weeks 7 through 11, the second-year wideout produced a 24-302-3 receiving line on 40 targets while playing at least 80 percent of the offensive snaps in every contest. However, after being forced out of the Browns' Week 12 win over the Steelers with a concussion, Tillman has made slow progress through the league's protocols. He's missed each of the Browns' last five games while managing nothing more than limited participation in practice. Tillman should be fully cleared in advance of the offseason program and may have showed enough during his impressive stretch to have a meaningful role in Cleveland's 2025 offense.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Browns stood pat in the third round of April's draft and selected Tillman despite more pressing needs on the defensive line. Though the team had made moves to bolster the wideout corps earlier in the offseason, the Browns decided they couldn't pass on the 6-3, 215-pounder, who the club believes could be a red-zone threat for QB Deshaun Watson. Tillman had 12 TDs in 2021 before an ankle injury limited his availability in 2022. He'll need to earn his snaps among a crowded position group and is expected to start down the depth chart. As a result, the Tennessee product's rookie season may not provide much fantasy value, but Tillman could move into a starting role by 2024, if the Browns allow Donovan Peoples-Jones to walk.
