2024 Fantasy Outlook
Lattimore has gone from one of the league's top cornerbacks to one who can't stay on the field. The four-time Pro Bowler tallied 68 tackles and 12 passes defended while playing just 17 regular-season games over the past two years. Despite offseason trade rumors, Lattimore is expected to be healthy and back on the roster in 2024. Paulson Adebo and Alontae Taylor are proven, productive young cornerbacks for the Saints, but Lattimore still should be the alpha of this group, as he'll look to return to his elite form of annual double-digit passes defended. Good to go for Week 3
Lattimore (hamstring) was a full participant in Friday's practice and does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Eagles, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Lattimore sustained a hamstring injury Week 1 against the Panthers, which forced him to sit out for the Saints' Week 2 win over the Cowboys. The 2017 first-round pick was limited in the first two sessions of the week, but he was able to practice without restrictions Friday. Barring any setbacks, Lattimore should return to his starting corner job opposite Paulson Adebo for Sunday's contest.

Lattimore missed significant time due to health concerns for the first time in his career in 2022, as he dealt with an injury to his ribs and kidney that ultimately limited to just seven games. The four-time Pro Bowler also failed to tally double-digit pass defenses or at least 50 tackles, as he accomplished in each of his first five seasons. Lattimore still appeared to play at a high level when healthy for the final two contests, and he should be on tap for another elite campaign as a premier cornerback ahead of Paulson Adebo, Bradley Roby and Alontae Taylor.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Status for Week 2 uncertain
Lattimore suffered a minor hamstring injury in Sunday's win over the Panthers, and his status for Week 2's game against the Cowboys is up in the air, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
ANALYSIS
Losing the veteran cornerback even for one game would be a tough blow to the Saints' secondary, especially with a matchup against Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb on the horizon. Lattimore has had trouble staying healthy in recent years, missing seven games in 2023 due to an ankle injury and 10 more in 2022 due to a variety of issues, which could cause New Orleans to treat his latest injury more cautiously than it might with another player.
