Closer Watch

Arizona – The Diamondbacks have shaken things up in the ninth inning, with Addison Reed out as the closer. Monday's save went to Enrique Burgos in the 13th inning with several other relievers used earlier in the game. The surprising thing was that Burgos was called upon again on Tuesday. It was thought that Brad Ziegler would be first in line for saves. Ziegler could have been held out Tuesday after throwing two innings Monday.

Recommended Pickup

Enrique Burgos, P, AZ – See the closer news above and take a flier on Burgos before your league mates have a chance to react. Burgos saved both Monday's and Tuesday's games. Burgos has exploded on to the scene, logging six saves in seven appearances and not allowing a run at Double-A in April before being called up. He had only topped out at High-A in 2014. Burgos now has 18 strikeouts in 10.2 innings with the D'Backs after racking up 83 strikeouts in 54.2 innings at High-A last year and savings 29-of-30 games.

Other Recent Recommendations:Matt Shoemaker, Carlos Correa, Brandon Crawford, Maikel Franco, Jose Quintana, Delino DeShields
