Recommended Pickup

Marlon Byrd, OF, CIN - Byrd's season looked to be on hold for possibly two months when he suffered a fractured right wrist after getting hit by a pitch on June 2. He made a much faster-than-expected recovery and kicked off a two-game rehab stint with Double-A Pensacola on Wednesday. Before getting hurt, Byrd was hitting .212 with 10 homers and 25 RBI in his first 47 games of the season. Byrd was activated on Friday and has slid back into his role as the starting left fielder while also hitting in the middle of the Reds' order. He naturally punctuated his return to the lineup Saturday with a home run.

Other Recent Recommendations:Brock Holt, Kyle Schwarber, Anibal Sanchez, David Phelps, Byron Buxton and Rougned Odor.
