Will Middlebrooks, 3B, BOS (finger) -- Homered in a rehab start Saturday for Triple-A Pawtucket while playing nine innings at third base.

Danny Salazar, SP, CLE - With Justin Masterson on the DL, the Indians will rely on Salazar to patch a hole in the starting rotation. Salazar struggled mightily in his first eight starts with the Tribe (1-4, 5.53 ERA, 1.62 WHIP), but has pitched well recently for Triple-A Columbus (2.32 ERA over his last five starts) and will be recalled to start on Tuesday against the Twins.
