Transactions - Players who have been demoted, called up, traded, released, you name it. We'll cover it here.

No transactions on Thursday.

Closer Watch

Arizona Diamondbacks – It's possible that closer Addison Reed is just plumb tuckered out, although putting himself in a poor situation at this point of the year doesn't carry over well to the following season. Reed has been awful over his last three appearances, giving up six earned runs in two innings pitched while taking two losses and adding to his blown save total (six on the year). With the way the D-Backs have been playing (only two wins in their last 10 games), its okay to cut Reed loose over these last few days of the season. Reed hasn't made an appearance since September 18.

Recommended Pickup

Ender Inciarte, OF, ARI – You have to love players that end the season on a positive note as Inciarte has, especially when you consider his current 13-game hitting streak. Inciarte has raised his batting average 14 points since the streak started all the way back on September 12, and he's likely available in your league with so many owners not paying attention due to contention issues. It's interesting to note that while Inciarte has been hitting very well, he hasn't contributed much by way of runs scored or RBI; however, has given owners stolen bases. Give Inciarte a run in your lineup these last few days if you really need the average and speed.

Other Recent Recommendations :Jake Marisnick, T.J. House, Logan Morrison, Derek Holland, Clay Buchholz and David Freese.
