FORWARDS
Lionel Messi, BAR v. PSV (€28): Barcelona are massive favorites in their UCL home opener versus PSV Eindhoven, and unless you just don't like money, I can't envision any scenario that would lead anyone to fading Messi. He already has four goals and two assists through the first four games of La Liga play, and he's in prime position to pad his Champions League goal tally Tuesday.
Luis Suarez, BAR v. PSV (€23): Suarez falls in line right after Messi in terms of anytime goal scorer odds on the slate, and while he's a more goal-dependent play, in a matchup like this he could very well emerge as the top point scorer. There's enough value on the board to jam in maximum Barca exposure, with Ousmane Dembele (€20) a viable forward play too if we want to make room for him in the utility slot.
MIDFIELDERS
Coutinho, BAR v. PSV (€24): Through two games, Coutinho has a goal and an assist in limited minutes this season. He's not necessarily lighting up the stat sheet, but he's no stranger to turning up with a monster game and he gives us added exposure to a Barcelona attack that's expected to put up goals.
Dries Mertens, NAP at BEL (€23): Napoli are big favorites on the road at FK Crvena Zvezda, and with Barcelona's stars occupying the forward slots, Mertens gives us a way into the Napoli attack in the midfield. His minutes have been spotty to start the season, but he led the team with 20 goals last season and he's high on the radar if he's in the starting lineup.
Rodrigues, GAL v. LKM (€12):Rodrigues struck for a brace in his last league game and added an assist off a free kick from the wing. With Emre Akbaba (€10) potentially missing out through injury, Rodrigues could be leaned on even more and gives us cheap exposure to a Galatasaray attack that is favored at home.
DEFENDERS
Alex Telles, POR at S04 (€14): Telles serves as Porto's primary set-piece taker, boosting his fantasy appeal with added opportunities to earn both attacking and defensive points. He led Porto with 14 assists last season and already has a goal and two assists over his first four league games this season.
Mario Rui, NAP at BEL (€10): Rui gives Napoli a crossing threat out of the back, as he leads the team with 21 crosses through their first four Serie A games. With each successful cross worth half-a-point, combined with Napoli's strong clean sheet odds, rostering Rui at minimum price feels like a steal.
Maicon, GAL v. LKM (€10): There are multiple bargain-bin defenders to pick from, and with Galatasaray having outscored their opposition by a combined score of 11-1 through their first three home games, I'm looking at their backline to help free up funds for the heavy artillery. In addition to his clean sheet appeal, Maicon serves as a towering target on set pieces and has scored five goals in 34 appearances since joining Galatasaray last season.
GOALKEEPER
Fernando Muslera, GAL v. LKM (€10): Galatasaray were drawn into one of the weaker UCL groups and have a legitimate shot of advancing to the knockout round. Starting their Champions League campaign with a win at home against Lokomotiv Moscow would go a long way, and considering Muslera has let in just one goal through his first three home games this season, he jumps out as a nice value at minimum price.
