Manchester City vs. Everton
Out:Martin Demichelis (knee) likely remains sidelined for another three to four weeks.
Not Expected to Play:Darron Gibson (knee) will be given a late fitness test, although he's unlikely to play despite getting a call from the Ireland national team. Kevin Mirallas left last Monday's match against Newcastle after getting kicked on the ankle and has been described as "50-50" to play. Steven Pienaar (hamstring) will likely return after the international break. Antolin Alcaraz (hamstring) is back in training but not ready to play yet.
Fulham vs. Stoke City
Out:Matthew Briggs is expected to miss more time after undergoing hernia surgery. Maarten Stekelenburg could be facing shoulder surgery.
Not Expected to Play:Scott Parker picked up a calf injury early in last week's Premier League match against Cardiff but has not been ruled out yet. Jonathan Walters (groin) faces a late fitness test but isn't expected to play.
Expected to Play:Aaron Hughes looks to return following his thigh injury.
Liverpool vs. Crystal Palace
Out:Philippe Coutinho (shoulder) is still out but has penciled in a return of October 26 against West Brom. Glen Johnson has made progress in his ankle rehab and could return next week against Newcastle. Jack Hunt (ankle), Jonny Williams (ankle) and Glenn Murray (knee) remain out until December.
Not Expected to Play:Damien Delaney (ankle) was called up to the Ireland squad, but it's unclear if he'll be fit enough for this weekend.
Expected to Play:Aly Cissokho (ankle) has returned to training and is expected to make his Premier League debut for Liverpool. Patrick McCarthy (groin) and Yannick Bolasie (hamstring) are both expect to be available.
Hull City vs. Aston Villa
Out:Robert Brady is out after having surgery to repair a groin injury, in addition to his hernia. James Chester (hamstring) is out for at least another three to four weeks. Robert Koren (foot) is likely out until mid-November. Christian Benteke is likely out for another four to five weeks with his groin injury. Jores Okore torn his ACL and will likely miss the next nine months.
Expected to Play:Gabriel Agbonlahor (ankle) and Ashley Westwood (thigh) are both potentials to play.
Cardiff City vs. Newcastle
Out:Steven Taylor remains sidelined with his hamstring injury.
Not Expected to Play:Andreas Cornelius remains a doubt with an ankle injury suffered at the end of August.
Expected to Play:Jonas Gutierrez almost played last week and it sounds like he could be good this week. Massadio Haidara could be ready physically but it's unclear if he'll play.
Sunderland vs. Manchester United
Out:Steven Fletcher will be out for a few months after suffering a dislocated shoulder against West Brom last week. Phillip Bardsley remains out with his foot injury.
Not Expected to Play:Rio Ferdinand picked up a groin injury, although he hasn't broken through the lineup yet this season. Darren Fletcher remains sidelined with a bowel condition.
Expected to Play:Wayne Rooney missed Wednesday's Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk with a shin injury picked up in training but he's expected to return this weekend.
Norwich City vs. Chelsea
Out:Fernando Torres is out for at least three weeks after sustaining a knee injury in Tuesday's Champions League match against Steaua Bucharest. Marco van Ginkel is out for the year with a torn ACL.
Not Expected to Play:Javier Garrido could miss out with his continued thigh issue. Sebastien Bassong continues to deal with a hamstring injury.
Expected to Play:Eden Hazard picked up an ankle injury in last week's match against Tottenham and did not play in Tuesday's Champions League match but should be ready to go, as the injury was described as a large bruise than anything worse.
Southampton vs. Swansea City
Not Expected to Play:Angel Rangel remains sidelined with an ankle injury but will be given a late fitness test. Ashley Williams (knee) and Pablo (hamstring) will also be given late fitness tests.
West Brom vs. Arsenal
Out:Theo Walcott (abdomen) could return at the end of October. There was talk that Santi Cazorla (ankle) could return before the international break but it looks like he'll wait it out. Yaya Sanogo (back) is also expected back after the international break. Lukas Podolski (hamstring) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee) remain out for at least another month. Zoltan Gera (hamstring) does not have a clear return date yet. Matej Vydra is not expected to play due to his hamstring injury. James Morrison (hamstring), Shane Long (knock), and Victor Anichebe (groin) will all have late fitness tests. Scott Sinclair is expected to return after the international break.
Expected to Play:Nicholas Anelka has returned from compassionate leave and is available to play. Chris Brunt (groin) will be given a chance to show he's fit.
Tottenham vs. West Ham
Out:Etinne Capoue (ankle) should return after the international break. Andy Carroll has stepped up his rehab program but is not close to returning to the pitch.
Not Expected to Play:Aaron Lennon continues to suffer from a foot injury. Joe Cole (hamstring) may be available but it's unlikely he plays.
Expected to Play:Younes Kaboul missed last week's match against Chelsea but started Thursday in the Europa League against Anzhi Makhachkala.
