- How great were those Flames jerseys for the Heritage Classic? They need to go to those full-time.
- The injury situation with the Penguins is laugable at this point. Nine forwards were already on the shelf with injuries, and then Jordan Staal takes a puck to the face and leaves Sunday's game early. With a quick turnaround to play Monday night, it's hard to envision Staal playing, making it more than three lines of forwards in street clothes.
- In 180 minutes of action, the Sabres have scored twice. Even the Avalanche think that's absurd.

Who's Hot
T.J. Oshie (C) St. Louis - Everyone was scoring for the Blues on Saturday night against the Ducks, but Oshie deserves the most credit. T.J has three goals and two assists in the last two games, and is a plus-4 over that span. Oshie missed a huge chunk of time after breaking his ankle in November, and now that he has returned, he's showing just what a big piece of the puzzle he is for the Blues.
John Tavares (CA) NY Islanders - Tavares is on a staggering hot streak for the Isles. With two assists on Saturday night he now has 13 points (4 G, 9 A) in the last 10 games. In Febraury alone, Tavares has five multiple point games for the Isles.
Who's Cold
Alexei Ponikarovsky (LW) Los Angeles - Ponikarovsky has one point, a goal, since New Year's. He has had a 60 point season in his career, so it's odd to see him being this unproductive.
Mattias Ohlund (D) Tampa Bay - For a team with such a dynamic offense, you would think Ohlund would accidentally get an assist at some point. Ohlund hasn't logged a point in the last 16 games for the Bolts. Nobody is expecting him to be Dustin Byfuglien or anything, but you would think that a guy who sees about 17 minutes of ice every night would get on the scoresheet once in a while.

Andy McDonald (CA) St. Louis - A huge week by McDonald has him being scooped up off of waivers in a lot of leagues. He's a nice four game plug-in in weekly leagues because he's more than capable of doing what he did this week - six points (3 G, 3 A) and a plus-3 in three contests.
