Carter played primarily on special teams in 2021, though he did see 64 offensive snaps as the Titans fullback before an ankle injury ended his season. He was a full participant in offseason practices and should be on the field whenever Tennessee opts to use a fullback in its offense in 2022. However, that won't lead to much box score production, as Carter failed to log a target or a carry in his rookie campaign.
