Impressive 2024 campaign
Jackson tallied 76 total tackles and 17 passes defended, including two interceptions, over 17 games in 2024.
ANALYSIS
Jackson was a late addition to the Panthers' first-team defense but emerged as one of the team's most consistent players throughout the year. The 27-year-old set career highs in total tackles, passes defended and interceptions during his first season with the Panthers, playing the most defensive snaps of his career (1,140). Jackson signed a one-year, $1.2 million deal with the Seahawks last spring before being traded to Carolina in late August, making him an unrestricted free agent this offseason. He could re-sign with the Panthers after starting all 17 games this season, but he's also likely to draw significant interest from contending teams in need of secondary help following his strong 2024 campaign.

Michael Penix is unproven, but the quarterback change gives new hope to Falcons pass catchers like Drake London.
Ever since Marshon Lattimore switched teams, Washington's Week 15 matchup with New Orleans became a good matchup for Terry McLaurin.

The showdown between Detroit and Dallas could set up a punch-for-punch heavyweight contest where CeeDee Lamb and Amon-Ra St. Brown both go off.
2023 Fantasy Outlook
After bouncing around on practice squads for his first three seasons and playing just four NFL games, Jackson found home in Seattle and barely left the field in 2022, recording 75 tackles (63 solo), 12 pass breakups, two fumble recoveries and an interception. He was quite dependable in coverage on the outside opposite rookie Tariq Woolen. He was so reliable outside that the Seahawks utilized No. 5 pick Devon Witherspoon in the slot when they rolled out nickel packages during training camp. That means Jackson should get a fair amount of playing time this season, but if Witherspoon and Woolen are healthy, Jackson is expected to take a back seat.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Taking over starting role?
Coach Pete Carroll said "we'll see" when asked Wednesday whether Jackson and Riq Woolen will continue to compete for the starting right cornerback spot, per Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic, which may indicate that Jackson has pulled away with the job.
ANALYSIS
Jackson played 72 percent of defensive snaps in Monday's 20-17 win over the Eagles, while Woolen was limited to just 28 percent. Woolen has struggled in his sophomore season after a promising rookie year, which has opened the door for Jackson, who made his first start of 2023 against Philadelphia. If the same usage pattern continues Sunday against the Titans, it would be an indicator that Jackson has taken over the starting job at Woolen's expense.
