Carolina will move on from Hill to play younger players in the secondary, as the fact the Panthers' defense already ranks last in the NFL in points per game allowed (33.8) corroborates his veteran presence didn't make much of a difference. The veteran corner was traded back to the Rams a little more than a year after signing a two-year, $9 million contract with the Browns during the 2021 offseason. He again will slot in as a starting corner opposite Jalen Ramsey. Hill didn't light up the stat sheet in his one season with the Browns and lost the last four games of the season due to a knee injury, but he'll try and recreate the magic of 2020's 77-tackle, three-interception campaign in his return to Los Angeles.
