Rest-of-Season Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Horn has proved to be one of the top cornerbacks in the NFL since entering the league in 2021, but he's been riddled with injuries to begin his career, missing a whopping 29 games across three seasons as a pro. Despite Horn's durability issues, the Panthers picked up the former first-round pick's fifth-year option for 2025. The South Carolina product allowed just 28 receptions for 310 yards and no touchdowns during his healthiest campaign (13 games in 2022), and as long as he's on the field, he's expected to bolster a Carolina secondary that ranked bottom five in both passes defended and interceptions last season. Won't face Atlanta
Horn (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
ANALYSIS
After starting the first 15 games of the season, Horn will end up missing the final two contests, finishing his 2024 campaign with 68 tackles (49 solo), including five TFLs and 2.0 sacks, and 13 pass breakups, including one interception. The No. 8 overall pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, Horn is under contract for $12.472 million next season, the final year of his rookie deal. Caleb Farley should get another start at cornerback in the Week 18 finale.

After playing merely three games as a rookie due to injury, Horn featured for 13 contests last term, making 53 tackles and defending seven passes, including three interceptions. Latest Fantasy Rumors
Panthers rebuffing trade offers
The Panthers are not interested in trading Horn, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Horn has stayed healthy and had a solid season as the Panthers' top corner, picking off one pass and breaking up nine others. He'll likely be headed for a big payday this offseason, as he's set to play the 2025 season on the fifth year of his rookie deal if he doesn't get a contract extension. If Carolina doesn't deal Horn, it presumably means the front office believes it'll be able to work out a deal that would make him a long-term centerpiece of the defense.
