Pierce signed a three-year, $27 million contract in March 2020, but he later opted out of the 2020 season due to concerns about his asthma. He and Dalvin Tomlinson should form one of the better interior run-stuffing duos in the league, with Sheldon Richardson likely coming off the bench to provide a pass rush. The 28-year-old Pierce had 151 tackles but only 3.5 sacks in four seasons with the Ravens, mostly serving as a nose tackle on early downs.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Week 9 return expected
Pierce, currently sidelined by an elbow injury, is expected to play Sunday against Baltimore, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Pierce has missed each of the team's last three games with the injury. Prior to getting hurt, Pierce had recorded two sacks and nine tackles while playing around 50 percent of the team's defensive snaps. If he were to return Week 9, Pierce would provide a boost to a Vikings defensive front that will be looking to slow down a run-heavy Ravens offense.
