2024 Fantasy Outlook
Robinson was largely overshadowed by higher-profile backs during his collegiate career and tallied just 82 carries for 542 yards with 35 catches for 332 yards and nine total touchdowns. The Jaguars still liked what they saw and selected him in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The 24-year-old offers some potential upside as a return man but is likely to begin his professional career buried on the depth chart at running back. Travis Etienne is entrenched as Jacksonville's workhorse, while 2023 third-round pick Tank Bigsby and veteran D'Ernest Johnson remain in the backup mix. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Comes off IR
The Jaguars reinstated Robinson (toe) from injured reserve Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
A 2024 fifth-round draft pick out of Alabama, Robinson has been sidelined for the Jaguars' first 11 games with a toe injury suffered early in training camp, but he'll get the chance to make his NFL debut coming out of the team's Week 12 bye. After being designated for return from IR on Oct. 30, Robinson has been a full practice participant for the past three weeks, an indication he's made a full recovery from the toe issue. With Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby (ankle) and D'Ernest Johnson ahead of him in on the depth chart, Robinson may not have an opportunity to contribute on offense right away and could instead see most of his snaps on special teams, where he could be a factor as a return man.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Chance for prominent role as rookie
Robinson could contribute out of the gate as a change-of-pace running back and return man for the Jaguars, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
ANALYSIS
Jacksonville was reportedly thrilled to land Robinson out of Texas in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Robinson didn't see significant usage in college but averaged a promising 6.6 yards per carry and 9.5 yards per catch. The Jaguars didn't get much backfield production behind Travis Etienne last season, as 2023 third-round draft pick Tank Bigsby and former Browns running back D'Ernest Johnson each averaged just 2.6 yards per carry. Robinson could also help out on kickoff returns, which are expected to carry more weight after the NFL's rule change, though the Jaguars also added return specialist Devin Duvernay in the offseason.
