Hill is coming off an impressive rookie season, even if his 6-48-9 receiving line across 15 games was modest. Despite going undrafted out of Campbell and missing the first two games of 2023 due to an ankle injury, Hill managed to carve out a consistent weekly depth role, mostly contributing as a blocker. The addition of Jonnu Smith to join Durham Smythe atop the depth chart could mean a significant amount of those opportunities dry up for Hill, but he still profiles to handle a key reserve spot, likely as the No. 3 man in the tight end room. While it was a fine game for him, the difference in role between Hill and teammate Jonnu Smith could not have been more clear in Week 11, with the latter playing 52 offensive snaps to Hill's 36 and drawing eight targets to Hill's three. As long as Smith remains available, Hill's path to fantasy relevance is basically nonexistent.
