2024 Fantasy Outlook
Bradberry struggled in 2023 and could see his role reduced this year as a result. After picking off three passes and allowing two touchdowns in 2022, he intercepted just one pass last season while being targeted on 11 TD passes. The Eagles made moves to revamp their secondary in the draft, adding Quinyon Mitchell at pick 22 and Cooper DeJean at pick 40. Mitchell is expected to take Bradberry's starting role on the outside, leaving Bradberry to fight with DeJean and others at nickel and safety. Read Past Outlooks

Bradberry (lower leg) was placed on the Eagles' injured reserve Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Bradberry sustained the injury during Wednesday's practice, and the initial timeline for his return is 6-to-8 weeks. The 2016 second-round pick will be forced to sit for the first four games of the regular season, and with the Eagles on a bye for Week 5, the earliest he could return would be for Week 6 against the Browns on Oct. 13. When he returns, Bradberry is expected to be utilized in multiple positions across the Eagles' secondary, primarily serving at safety.

A controversial late defensive holding penalty that effectively decided Super Bowl LVII in the Chiefs' favor may be how Eagles fans always remember Bradberry, but the veteran corner had a solid first campaign in Philadelphia up to that point. After opposing quarterbacks put together a 61.7 completion percentage and eight touchdowns when looking his way in 2021, they managed just a 45.3 completion rate and two scores last season. He also intercepted three passes and ran one back for his first career TD. Bradberry should remain in his starting role opposite Darius Slay this year.
Bradberry signed a one-year, $10 million deal with the Eagles, his third professional team, in mid-May. That came after he was released from the final year of his three-year contract with the Giants despite the fact that he played 99 percent of the team's defensive snaps and grabbed a career-high four interceptions. His eight-figure deal means he should be tasked with some tough assignments this season in Philadelphia.
Signed to a three-year, $45 million deal in 2020, Bradberry was one of the league's best corners last year, playing all of the team's defensive snaps in 12 of 15 contests. He doesn't put up massive fantasy numbers - 54 tackles, 18 defended passes, three picks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery - because teams don't often throw his way. But the second-team All-Pro arguably was the best player on the Giants and will reprise his role as starting left cornerback.
Signed to a three-year, $45 million deal this offseason, Bradberry will be the Giants' top cornerback, often assigned to the opposing team's best receiver. He's probably not an elite "shut-down" corner, but he was solid in Carolina since being taken in the second round of the 2016 draft. Don't expect a ton of IDP stats, however, as teams are likely to target the Giants' weaker opposing corners.
A second-round pick in 2016, Bradberry has started all 45 of his appearances for the Panthers. Last year, he recorded a career-high 15 passes defended, but nabbed only one interception. Despite just five picks overall, Bradberry remains a solid starter and a decent source of tackles, posting 70 last term. Now entering his contract season, Bradberry will hope to maintain his level of play while ideally capitalizing on more balls thrown his direction. Even if he doesn't, his consistent role lends itself to steady value.
A starter ever since being drafted in the second round two years ago, Bradberry finished with 85 tackles, 10 passes defended, two interceptions and a sack last season. That improvement on his rookie year means Bradberry should remain a key piece in Carolina's defense despite some fellow cornerbacks joining the fold this time around.
The Panthers' second-round pick last year, Bradberry is already the team's best cornerback. The Samford product finished his rookie campaign with 59 tackles, 10 pass deflections and two interceptions in 13 games. The physically imposing Bradberry only figures to get better this year with more experience under his belt, and hopefully a full season's worth of production.
After the Panthers allowed Josh Norman to leave this offseason, they spent a trio of draft picks on cornerbacks, with Bradberry being the highest investment of them all. A second round selection, Bradberry has excellent size and long arms, making him a good fit in the Panthers' coverage scheme. In fact, Bradberry has worked with Carolina's starting defense to begin his rookie campaign, which could give him the opportunity to contribute in IDP formats right away.
