2024 Fantasy Outlook
The 33rd pick in last year’s draft, Levis began the season as the No. 3 QB in Tennessee, only to take the starting job Week 8 when Ryan Tannehill was injured. Levis threw four TD passes in his first start … and four more in his remaining eight games. The accuracy concerns that sank his draft stock proved real -- he finished last in the league in on-target (64.7) and completion (58.4) percentages. Part of the issue was over-reliance on his top-tier arm. No one threw deep at a higher rate than Levis, who sent 19.6 percent of his attempts beyond 20 yards downfield. His 10.6-yard average target depth also led the league, easily. Levis likely will throw more short passes and improve his completion percentage this season. The other issue -- one that’s harder to fix -- is a lack of touch. Levis has one of the best fastballs in the league, but that’s all he has. He’s less adept at lofting the ball or taking something off when needed. Still, he should be helped by significant upgrades at wide receiver after the Titans signed wide receivers Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd to join DeAndre Hopkins. RB Derrick Henry is gone, replaced by Tony Pollard, which could also work in Levis’ favor in the likely event new coach Brian Callahan is less reliant on the running game than the previous regime. Two touchdowns in return
Levis completed 18 of 23 passes for 175 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Chargers. He added five rushes for 41 yards.
ANALYSIS
Levis returned from a three-game absence caused by a shoulder injury and turned in his first appearance of the campaign without a turnover. He padded his stats with a touchdown drive in garbage time that concluded with a 15-yard touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley, though he also found Ridley for a 41-yard score on the Titans' first offensive possession. Levis isn't likely to become useful in most fantasy formats, but he did show a level of competence that was missing earlier in the campaign.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Titans traded up to draft Levis in the second round this year, ending his slide after he was projected to go in the top 10. He'll be 24 when training camp starts but is still a raw prospect after throwing 23 INTs in two seasons as a college starter. At 6-3, 232, he has the prototypical frame for a QB and is plenty mobile. Levis has a powerful arm and played in a pro-style offense at Kentucky, but accuracy is a concern. His place on the depth chart is also an issue. Ryan Tannehill is the unquestioned starter, and 2022 third-round pick Malik Willis -- who started three games last season -- is still around, so it’s not a lock Levis gets the call if Tannehill goes down. Whoever is under center likely will hand the ball to Derrick Henry a lot anyway. The Titans are thin on pass catchers, counting almost entirely on second-year leaps from WR Treylon Burks and TE Chigoziem Okonkwo after failing to bring in draft picks or free agents to replace offseason losses Robert Woods and Austin Hooper. Barring a Tannehill trade, this sets up as a development year for Levis.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Looking iffy for Week 9
Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, offensive coordinator Nick Holz said Thursday that the Titans have prepared game plans for both Levis and Mason Rudolph heading into Week 9 against the Patriots.
ANALYSIS
Levis logged limited practices Wednesday and Thursday as he works his way back from a shoulder injury that sidelined him for Tennessee's last two games. The second-year quarterback has a chance to return Sunday against the Patriots, but a third consecutive start for Rudolph is also on the table. On the bright side, Wyatt adds that Holz confirmed Levis will return to the starting role once healthy enough to play.
