2024 Fantasy Outlook
Billings recorded 27 tackles over 17 games in his first season with the Bears and will likely continue in a part-time role in 2024. Billings played between 25 and 35 snaps in all but four games. There were only three occasions in which the veteran surpassed two tackles. With second-year players Gervon Dexter and Zacch Pickens possibly taking a step forward, it's possible that Billings could see a slight dip in snaps. That would make the low-floor IDP value of Billings even lower. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
This was the first time that Billings posted more than two tackles in a game this season. He remains a low-upside IDP option.

Chicago signed Billings in free agency after playing his first five years in the league between three teams. He's been used mostly as an interior run defender. Aside from the 2021 season, when he missed 11 games, he posted between 32 and 39 tackles in each of his last three seasons. Although drafted to be a starting defensive tackle, Billings could face competition from third-round draft choice Zaach Pickens. Although Pickens was selected in the third round, he was the 64th overall pick, so the team made a significant investment in the rookie. It's possible that Billings and Pickens share work throughout the season and form a rotation.
