Declares for draft
Stoner announced via his personal Twitter account Saturday he will enter the 2021 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Stoner was a steady producer during his four years as a starter for Oklahoma State, catching at least 40 balls for more than 500 yards in every season. He served as the No. 2 receiver behind Tylan Wallace for his final three seasons, but he still managed to finish with the ninth-most yards in school history. In a deep wide receiver class, it's unclear when Stoner will hear his name called.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2019
2018
Stoner regressed a bit in 2018 while converting just 64.8 percent of his targets (74.6 in 2017) and averaging 8.15 yards per target (9.8 in 2017), however, another year of experience should bode well for the second receiver on the depth chart in a prolific Cowboys offense. Tylan Wallace will be the primary guy, but it's up to Stoner and Landon Wolf to attack defenses when they focus on Wallace. Stoner will be relevant in the fantasy landscape in 2019.
