Missing from warmups
Carr (ankle) is not warming up ahead of Saturday's game against Purdue, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
ANALYSIS
Indiana will likely be without its leading rusher for the season finale with Carr still on the mend from an ankle injury. Davion Ervin-Poindexter and Chris Childers would be the next men up in the Hoosier backfield in Carr's absence.

2021 Fantasy Outlook
The USC transfer lands in a good spot with the Hoosiers looking to replace Stevie Scott. Carr was a five-star recruit out of high school who never fully found his footing with the Trojans as injuries and competition limited his production. He never amassed more than 81 carries or 400 yards in any of his three seasons in Los Angeles. The expectation is that the fresh start on a more run-focused offense will help Carr, however. Indiana projects to make the most of its running back depth, so this figures to be a committee that also features David Ellis and Tim Baldwin. Carr will likely be the starter, but his volume will likely be capped unless his performance dictates otherwise.
