Will remain in NBA Draft
FMaryland
July 5, 2021
Wiggins will remain in the NBA Draft process and has decided to go pro for next season, Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had a strong pre-draft process and that was enough to keep his name in the draft, though that means that he will forgo his eligibility at Maryland. According to his own words, the Maryland standout has conducted seven private workouts with NBA teams and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. He averaged 14.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists across 33 minutes per game last season.
