Kamagate is not expected to join the Clippers this summer ahead of the 2024-25 NBA season, according to a report from European outlet Sportando.

The Clippers control Kamagate's NBA rights, but the French center is not part of the picture for the upcoming season in the organization, not even as depth or as a G League candidate. Kamagate spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Tortona, and he will remain with the same club for the 2024-25 campaign. He averaged 6.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game across 16 LBA games with Tortona last season.
