It's Thanksgiving time, and if you're like me, that means avoiding relatives by hiding behind the basement furnace with a bottle of bottom-shelf liquor. Why not do something constructive while you're down there? My colleague Chris Liss always says trivia questions are a great way to help remember key fantasy sports information. Let's give it a try.
Most of these questions will be 2018-19 season-to-date stats. But let's warm up with an all-time question. Who's made the most career NBA three pointers? This doesn't include ABA treys. For all of these, try answering by entering players' LAST names. First names don't work.
Fun, right? OK, let's move on to thievery. I always think steals are an all too often ignored fantasy category. Can you name the Top 10 players for total steals (total, not game average) for this season (up through 11/20/2018)?
Confess, you didn't think the big veteran in Memphis was tied for 10th, did you?
This season we've seen impressive free throw shooting improvements from DeAndre Jordan and Jusuf Nurkic . Can you name the Top 6 free throw shooting (fantasy) centers this season, based on FT percentage?
You always gotta check who your commish service thinks qualifies at center.
Let's end this with blocks from non-centers, which are always super helpful. You'll be surprised by a few on this list. Check your waiver wire for the OKC player.
I know, I know, spelling Antetokounmpo is impossible.
Did you find the trivia questions helpful? Let me know in the comments below. If you like this feature I'll make one quiz a standard of each future Rebound & Rant.
