Chris Morgan figures Aaron Judge offers a solid chance of going deep considering Tigers' starter Tarik Skubal has issues keeping the ball in the park.
2015 Fantasy Outlook
Yang is seen as one of the top pitchers in South Korea. He won the Dongwon Choi Award for the Korean Baseball Organization's top pitcher in 2014, after posting a 4.25 ERA and 165:77 K:BB in 171.1 innings. Yang attempted to move to MLB before the 2015 season through the posting system the KBO has with MLB. While Minnesota and Texas were interested bidders, his team, the Kia Tigers, rejected all bids as they didn't get enough money. It's likely Yang will try to move to MLB again before the 2016 season.

Yang is expected to return to the KBO this winter, Yoo Jee-ho of the Yonhap News Agency reports.
ANALYSIS
Yang signed with the Texas Rangers in February after experiencing considerable success in the KBO throughout his career. That didn't translate to the majors, however, as he recorded just a 5.60 ERA and 1.64 WHIP with a 25:16 K:BB across 35.1 innings with the Rangers. Yang is expected to return to the Kia Tigers of the KBO, a team that he spent 14 years with prior to playing in the United States.
