Ceesay has been transferred to St. Pauli from Estonian side Paide Linnameeskond,
the club announced.
ANALYSIS
Ceesay scored 12 goals and provided five assists in 15 appearances in the Estonian league. He also played six UEFA Conference League matches, scoring three goals and delivering two assists. Sporting Director Andreas Bornemann stated, "Abdoulie has a very exciting overall package of technical and physical abilities. He is still young and has always adapted quickly to the level at his previous stations. That is why we are convinced that he will quickly take the steps with us to recommend himself for appearances in the Bundesliga. At the same time, we also want to give him the time he needs to get used to football in Germany."
