Mensah has confirmed to be dealing with a hamstring injury, as he stated, "I'm feeling great. It was just, I felt a little pinch in my hamstring. Obviously, I need to take precautionary measures. I spoke to the coach, let him know that I felt a little pinch in the hamstring so it's better to shut it down," per Seth Macomber of the Blazing Musket.

Mensah was forced off the pitch in the 44th minute of Saturday's match against Charlotte due to an apparent injury.
