FORWARDS
Mohamed Salah, LIV vs AJA (€29): Salah has at least a goal or an assist in five of his last six appearances. His playing time has been monitored since returning from COVID-19, but he continues to produce and should play a big part in Tuesday's home clash with Ajax. In tight matchups, it never hurts to have exposure to penalty takers, and Salah comes with that added appeal.
Duvan Zapata, ATA vs. FCMI (€27): Zapata has the highest anytime goalscorer odds despite being in the midst of a six-game goalless drought. While goals have been scarce, he's rattled off 14 shots (eight on target) over three UCL starts -- including a 24-point effort the first time he faced Tuesday's opponent, FC Midtjylland.
Dario Benedetto, OLM vs. OLY (€10): Benedetto serves as a reminder that we'll likely need to squeeze in a value play or two in order to fit in the high-priced stars. He's actually finding his footing after converting a penalty in Saturday's Ligue 1 win, and he had an assist in his previous domestic league appearance. The matchup at home against Olympiakos is worth a punt from the bargain bin.
MIDFIELDERS
Alejandro Gomez, ATA vs. FCMI (€23): Gomez scored against FC Midtjylland the last time they squared off, and he continues to play a key role on set pieces. He's impacted the score-sheet in three of four games in the Champions League, and with Atalanta the biggest favorite on the board there's a good chance he pads that number.
Josip Ilicic, ATA vs. FCMI (€20): Ilicic topped 16 points in his last UCL outing and now he's up against an FC Midtjylland side that has conceded the most goals in their group. With Atalanta huge favorites, we can justify overloading our lineup with their attackers.
Florian Thauvin, OLM vs. OLY (€10): Thauvin has been too up-and-down to feel dashing about plugging him into a lineup, but at minimum price he warrants consideration as part of the engine in the midfield. He's hot off scoring a goal on four shots and creating three chances in Saturday's win over Nantes, and if he can carry that over to UCL play we could get a big return at a big discount.
DEFENDERS
Robin Gosens, ATA vs. FCMI (€17): Gosens has been dealing with a knee injury, but he has been deemed fit for Tuesday's match and could make his return to the starting XI. He scored against Liverpool in his last appearance and finding defenders who play closer to goal is key. Gosens gives us the attacking upside combined with a defender from the team with the best clean sheet odds on the slate.
Andrew Robertson, LIV vs AJA (€17): Robertson hit 12 points in his last effort against Ajax, and he just continues to supply set-piece service as a defender. Tuesday's tilt is expected to be close, so if he doesn't come through on the attacking end, he should be able to do enough defensively to earn points across the board.
Neco Williams, LIV vs AJA (€10): Williams started the last two games at right-back, though he lasted just 45 minutes in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Brighton. Even in a tough matchup, he deserves consideration as a minimum priced defender who could free up funds elsewhere.
GOALKEEPER
Marco Sportiello, ATA vs. FCMI (€15): Sportiello has the best clean sheet odds on the slate and already kept FC Midjytlland off the score-sheet just over a month ago. Considering he's the 10th-highest priced goalkeeper on the board, it feels like a crime getting him at this price in this matchup.
