Saturday, April 26
Southampton vs. Everton
Jay Rodriguez is out for the season and the World Cup with a torn ACL, and Gaston Ramirez continues to be bothered by an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Kevin Mirallas will miss the rest of the season with a groin tear, andSylvain Distin has been ruled out for Saturday's match with a hamstring injury. Phil Jagielka will also miss out due to his hamstring injury.
Fulham vs. Hull City
Scott Parker (hip), Mahamadou Diarra (knee), Kieran Richardson (hamstring) and Sascha Riether (illness) were all held out of last weekend's match against Tottenham but they are expected to be available this weekend. Sone Aluko is battling a hamstring injury and is unlikely to play, although Shane Long is expected back from his calf injury.
Stoke City vs. Tottenham
Erik Pieters left last weekend's match against Cardiff due to illness, but is expected back. Michael Dawson is due back from his hamstring injury, although that's been the case for awhile now, so it wouldn't be surprising if he stayed on the bench. Jan Vertonghen could return from his ankle injury, but Spurs will be without Kyle Walker (pelvis).
Swansea City vs. Aston Villa
Michu's ankle will keep him out again and head coach Garry Monk admitted this week he doesn't know when Michu will return. Chico will also miss out due to a red card ban. Joseph Bennett will likely miss out after picking up an ankle injury in training this week.
West Brom vs. West Ham
Gareth McAuley faces a late fitness test after missing Monday's match with a calf injury. Liam Ridgewell will definitely miss out after suffering an MCL injury Monday against Manchester City.
Manchester United vs. Norwich City
Robin van Persie continues to be sidelined with his knee injury and is currently rehabbing in the Netherlands. Patrice Evra is also dealing with a knee injury, but he has not been ruled out. Rafael is unlikely to play due to his thigh injury. Elliott Bennett is slated to return from his knee injury, but Joseph Yobo will continue to sit with his calf injury.
Sunday, April 27
Sunderland vs. Cardiff City
Phil Bardsley is eligible again following his red card ban. Ki Sung-Yueng is expected to miss out again due to knee tendonitis. Craig Bellamy missed last weekend's match against Stoke with an illness, but he is expected to return this weekend.
Liverpool vs. Chelsea
Daniel Sturridge has declared himself fit following a hamstring injury, but Jordan Henderson will miss out again due to his red card ban. Petr Cech will miss the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder in Tuesday's Champions League match at Atletico Madrid. John Terry will also not play again this season after suffering an ankle injury Tuesday. Samuel Eto'o will likely miss out with a knee injury, while Eden Hazard faces a late fitness test to see if his calf injury has healed enough to play. However, with manager Jose Mourinho threatening to play a B-squad in protest against Premier League scheduling, Hazard could be held out regardless.
Crystal Palace vs. Manchester City
Marouane Chamakh could return after sitting with a knock. Yaya Toure is also expected to return after missing time with a groin injury. However, David Silva and Jesus Navas are likely to miss out with ankle injuries.
Monday, April 28
Arsenal vs. Newcastle
Kieran Gibbs will be given a late fitness test for his ankle, while Arsenal will be without Jack Wilshere (ankle) and Thomas Vermaelen (hamstring). Meanwhile, Hatem Ben Arfa is unlikely to play after he returned to France for his hip injury. Papiss Cisse is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury, along with Davide Santon who has a hamstring injury. On the plus side, Luuk de Jong (ankle) and Moussa Sissoko (hamstring) may be able to return.
