Fit or Miss: Premier League Injury Tracker - Gameweek 34

This article is part of our Fit or Miss series.

There are 11 matches this gameweek, with Manchester City, Sunderland, Everton, and Crystal Palace each playing twice, while Manchester United and Hull City are off.

Only the first eight matches are discussed below, while the remaining three will be updated after the Sunday matches have concluded.

Saturday, April 12

Crystal Palace vs. Aston Villa
Palace have no injuries to report, which is the opposite of Aston Villa, who have been crushed by injuries lately. Christian Benteke is out for the year with a ruptured Achilles, while Gabriel Agbonlahor (illness), Karim El Ahmadi (thigh) and Fabian Delph (Achilles) are all dealing with issues, although they are expected to return.

Fulham vs. Norwich City
Kostas Mitroglu's knee is still bothering him and the team is unsure when he will return. Scott Parker looks set to play after dealing with a knee injury, and he could be joined by Georgios Karagounis who recently picked up a knock. Meanwhile, Leroy Fer and Michael Turner may return from their respective hamstring injuries.

Southampton vs. Cardiff City
Jay Rodriguez will miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL last weekend against Manchester City. Gaston Ramirez continues to sit with an ankle injury, although Artur Boruc is expected back after missing the City match with a back injury. Craig Noone will miss the rest of the season after suffering an abdominal injury last weekend. Aron Gunnarsson and Fabio both picked up knocks and could miss out.

Stoke City vs. Newcastle
Charlie Adam suffered a facial injury during training Monday and he had to be rushed to the hospital. Stephen Ireland is dealing with an illness but he is expected to return. Loic Remy has been ruled out due to his calf injury, although he has returned to training. Mathieu Debuchy (groin) and Moussa Sissoko (hamstring) are also about a week away. However, Tim Krul looks likely to return from his knee injury.

Sunderland vs. Everton
Steven Fletcher (ankle) may be able to return for the final week of the season, although it will likely only be considered if Sunderland have a chance to avoid relegation. Leon Osman faces a late fitness test after suffering a laceration over his eye in last weekend's win over Arsenal, while Phil Jagielka (hamstring) is expected back the week after. Steven Pienaar is a few weeks away from getting back from his knee injury.

West Brom vs. Tottenham
James Morrison faces a late fitness test due to an ankle injury, and he will be replaced in the starting XI by Chris Brunt if he's unable to go. Brunt will return from a knee injury that has sidelined him for over a month. Claudio Yacob and Billy Jones are expected back from their hamstring injuries, while Graham Dorrans could return from his knee injury.

Sunday, April 13

Liverpool vs. Manchester City
Daniel Agger had to come off last weekend with a knee injury, but he is expected to return. Sergio Aguero is ready to return from the hamstring injury he suffered against Barcelona in a Champions League game on March 12, while Yaya Toure should be recovered from the knock he picked up last weekend.

Swansea City vs. Chelsea
Swansea have no serious injuries to note, which is the opposite of Chelsea, who will be without Eden Hazard after he suffered a calf injury in Tuesday's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain.

Tuesday, April 15

Arsenal vs. West Ham

Wednesday, April 16
