FORWARDS / MIDFIELDERS

Robert Lewandowski, BAY v. BEN ($23): While Lewandowski is the most expensive player on Tuesday's slate, he has the highest goal-scoring odds playing at home for the biggest favorite of the 12 teams. He's scored five goals in three Champions League matches, including one in the 4-0 win over Benfica in match week three. He's in dazzling form with 17 goals in 13 appearances this season, and he's scored six in his last four matches. Despite the price, it's tough to find that sort of consistency elsewhere on the slate, which should lead to Lewandowski being the most sought after player. Leroy Sane ($20) is slightly cheaper and has been heavily involved with three goals and three assists in three matches. He and Thomas Muller ($19) have been the best pivots from Lewandowski if you choose to fade the Polish striker.

Cristiano Ronaldo, MUN at ATA ($22): After an emphatic victory over Tottenham on Sunday, Manchester United travel to Italy to face an Atalanta side who haven't kept a clean sheet in over a month. Cristiano Ronaldo scored the opening goal in Sunday's win and now has seven goals and one assist in 10 appearances. He's scored in all three group stage matches so far while taking seven shots on goal. Although expensive, Ronaldo's consistency and pedigree in Champions League matches will make him a highly owned option. It will be tough to go with both Lewandowski and Ronaldo in the same lineup, so this may be a decision between the two. Bruno Fernandes ($20) has provided five assists in his past six matches, including two in the last two Champions League matches. He isn't quite the goal scorer Ronaldo is but will be a solid pivot from Ronaldo in a favorable matchup. Elsewhere, Marcus Rashford ($19) is starting to hit form with three goals in four matches after missing the opening portion of the season. Duvan Zapata ($18) is Atalanta's top forward who could be in a good spot against a shaky Manchester United back line.

Paulo Dybala, JUV v. STP ($19): Dybala missed the last two Champions League matches due to injury but started in the first match, where he scored a goal, took two shots on goal and created one scoring chance. He's started the past two matches in Serie A, and although the competition may be slightly different, fared well with a goal, two shots on goal and four chances created. Juventus are the third-best favorite on the slate and will benefit from having Dybala back in the lineup after missing the past two matches. Federico Bernardeschi ($17) took the majority of free kicks last match and is an alternative to Dybala in the midfield. Alvaro Morata ($21) should lead the line for Juventus if you'd prefer to target a potential goal scorer.

Dani Parejo, VIL v. BSC ($14): Villarreal are the second-largest favorite on the slate while playing at home against BSC Young Boys. Parejo flies under the radar as he's not a typical goal scorer but offers solid value as Villareal's free-kick taker. In three Champions League games, he's provided 10 scoring chances created, one assist and can contribute defensive stats as well. With Gerard Moreno ($20) a gametime decision due to a hamstring injury, Parejo might be your best bet in a favorable matchup.

DEFENDERS

Douglas, STP at JUV ($13): Despite St. Petersburg winning one of three matches, Douglas has been a consistent source of attacking and defensive stats in all three matches. He's taken a share of free kicks and has created 10 scoring chances despite playing from a left wing-back position. His attacking skills are complemented by relentless defensive work as he's won six tackles, made seven interceptions and 10 clearances in three matches. He's in a tough matchup against Juventus, though he's shown he can be a valued defensive option in prior difficult matchups against Chelsea and Juventus. Alex Sandro ($14) is Juventus' best defensive option and is the most expensive defender on Tuesday's slate.

Reinildo Mandava, LIL at SEV ($11): Lille visiting Sevilla has the lowest implied goal total of the six-match slate and they did play to a 0-0 draw in match week three. Playing for a clean sheet is always a difficult decision to make, though Reinildo Mandava adds enough to make it worthwhile especially at his price point. In his two Champions League appearances, he made five tackles, created a scoring chance and made an interception in each match, while helping his side to a clean sheet in both outings. He'll give you enough savings to target some of the more expensive attackers on the slate as well.

GOALKEEPERS

Bono, SEV v. LIL ($10): Bayern Munich have yet to concede a goal in the Champions League this season, making Manuel Neuer ($13) the most expensive option and likely the most coveted. He's followed by Wojciech Szczesny ($12), who has also kept three straight clean sheets. Their teams have the two of the top three clean-sheet odds, making them the top two plays. The keeper likely to see the most save opportunities is Odisseas Vlachodimos ($6) against Bayern Munich, so you could go that route as he's also the cheapest goalkeeper. Geronimo Rulli ($11) has the second highest clean sheet odds but he's yet to keep the opposition out of net in the first three matches. Bono is playing at home against Lille, who he shut out in the previous matchup two weeks ago. Goals aren't a huge expectation in this match and Bono is budget-friendly option who's played well in all three mathes.
