Tuesday, 2:45 p.m: Juventus v. Tottenham
Tuesday, 2:45 p.m: Basel v. Manchester City
Wednesday, 2:45 p.m: Porto v. Liverpool
Wednesday, 2:45 p.m: Real Madrid v. Paris Saint-Germain
FORWARDS
Neymar, PSG at RMD ($11,000):Cristiano Ronaldo may bring more of a goal-scoring threat, but Neymar brings that goal-scoring upside and also sprinkles in a notable share of set pieces and corner kicks. In what could be a tightly contested first leg, if it's between the two I'm going with Neymar and his slightly better floor.
Mohamed Salah, POR v. LIV ($9,800): Salah has scored a goal or assisted one in 20 of his last 23 appearances, with 23 goals and seven assists over that stretch. That's just an amazing run of form, and when you add in a decent share of set pieces and corners, Salah looks like a fine play as Liverpool look to come away with a good result at Porto.
Federico Bernardeschi, JUV v. TOT ($7,200): Bernardeschi has seen an uptick in opportunities since Paulo Dybala went down in early January, and he's already notched a goal and two assists in February. While Gonzalo Higuain ($8,900) is looked to for goals, we can save some cash with Bernardeschi, as he offers a more well-rounded game for DraftKings scoring purposes. Look for Bernardeschi to continue to be involved with Juventus likely to be on the front foot at home against Spurs in the first leg.
MIDFIELDERS
Kevin De Bruyne, MCI at BAS ($10,300): De Bruyne is coming off a three-assist, 10-cross game in Saturday's 5-1 win over Leicester, and he'll look to carry that form over to Champions League play at Basel on Tuesday. He's taken on even more set piece responsibility with David Silva and Leroy Sane out of the lineup, and KDB gives us a lot of lineup flexibility with multi-position eligibility.
Miralem Pjanic, JUV v. TOT ($7,700): Dybala is a major doubt for Tuesday's Round of 16 clash with Tottenham, likely leaving Pjanic with the lion's share of dead-ball duties. This is another series that's expected to be tightly contested, and if Juventus are to go through they'll count on Pjanic to produce out of the midfield.
Taulant Xhaka, BAS v. MCI ($3,000): Xhaka should be over the majority of Basel's corners and set pieces with Luca Zuffi doubtful to play due to injury and Renato Steffen now playing for Wolfsburg. There may not be a ton of dead-ball opportunities versus Manchester City, but Xhaka doesn't have to do much to pay off his minimum salary.
DEFENDERS
Marcelo, RMD v. PSG ($5,500): The Brazilian has a goal and three assists in his last three games, highlighting why he's the highest priced defender. In an intriguing matchup with PSG, look for Marcelo to cause problems down the left flank with Real Madrid pushing to take control of the series at home in the first leg.
Alex Telles, POR v. LIV ($5,300): Telles takes on a healthy share of set pieces and he's just two games removed from dishing out three assists. His crossing totals usually get him in the double-digit range, and in a game where Porto will need to come out and be the aggressor at home, we can expect Telles to be active throughout.
Michael Lang, BAS v. MCI ($4,200): Lang isn't shy about getting involved in the attack, and it's no surprise to see him show up with the occasional goal or assist. He has a tough matchup versus Manchester City, but we can cope with that given his price and knack for getting forward. Lang scored two goals and added an assist in the UCL group stage, topping 20 points in two of three home games, including one against Manchester United.
GOALKEEPERS
Tomas Vaclik, BAS v. MCI ($3,700): There are several good value goalkeepers now that we've reached the round of 16, but I think Vaclik could bring value as the cheapest one despite the matchup with Manchester City. The Czech netminder was a big reason why Basel advanced out of the group stage, notching four clean sheets in six matches, including one against Manchester United.
