Kline lost to Jasmine Jasudavicius via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 27-30) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Denver.

Kline had plenty of success on the regional circuit but found life much more difficult in her late-notice UFC debut. She did fine on the feet, landing the more notable strikes, but her takedown defense was poor. She allowed Jasudavicius to land 4-of-6 takedown attempts, good for 7:48 worth of control time. Every time Fatima seemed to be making some headway, Jasmine got her to the mat. The result is disappointing, but Kline turned just 24 years of age yesterday and has a bright future despite the setback here.
