Will take on Means
Fialho will take on Tim Means at UFC Vegas 79, according to Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
There is a lot at stake in this fight, as both fighters are desperate for a win. Means has lost his three fights dating back to 2022, while Fialho is just 2-4 and has lost his last three fights via knockout.

Third straight knockout loss
Fialho lost to Joaquin Buckley via KO (head kick) at 4:15 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It's a third straight knockout loss for Fialho and one that would seem to be almost impossible to overcome. Typically known as a reckless striker, Andre took a decidedly different approach here. He sat back and waited for Buckley to make the first move in hopes of countering. While Fialho remained competitive prior to the stoppage, he was on his way to being down two rounds due to the lack of activity. It ended up not mattering. Now 2-4 in his first half-dozen bouts with the UFC, each of Fialho's last five fights (2-3) have ended via knockout.

Booked for May 20
Fialho is expected to take on Joaquin Buckley at UFC Vegas 73 on May 20, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Fialho debuted with the company in January of 2022 via a loss to Michael Pereira, but followed that up with two victories. Since then, he has lost two consecutive bouts, so he is looking to turn things around in this fight. His opponent, Buckley, is also looking to bounce back from a two-fight losing streak.

Drops second straight fight by KO
Fialho lost to Muslim Salikhov via KO/TKO (kick) at 1:03 of Round 3 at UFC Vegas 65 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Fialho seemed to be getting to his opponent with power and pressure, but all of that changed when he ate a hard combination after breaking from a clinch. Salikhov had his way with Fialho for the next two rounds, sapping his energy with shots to the body until a roundhouse head kick forced the ref to call a standing TKO. Fialho made a splash in the UFC by collecting bonuses via short-notice replacement fights, but an uptick in competition has seen Fialho finished with strikes in his last two contests. While he is a clearly talented boxer, Fialho may need to broaden his game in order to continue enjoying success at this level. He falls to 16-6-0 (1 NC) in professional MMA as a result of the loss.
