2023 Fantasy Outlook
After a four-year career with the University of Denver, Guttman saw his first season of professional hockey in 2022-23. He scored 16 goals and 30 points in 39 AHL games. The rookie forward added four goals and six points in 14 appearances with the Blackhawks. His first taste of NHL action was cut short when he missed the final 16 games of the campaign after undergoing shoulder surgery, but he should be healthy for training camp. Guttman will battle for a bottom-six role in training camp but could split time between the AHL and the NHL as he did last year. The 24-year-old will have little fantasy value in that role, but he could see some power-play time if he cracks the big club's lineup.
