Nicolas Beaudin

Beaudin made his NHL debut in 2019-20, playing in a 6-2 win over the Sharks on March 11 which ended up being the Blackhawks' last game of the regular season. The 21-year-old blueliner joined the team in the Edmonton bubble during the return to play for the postseason, but didn't enter the lineup. A first-round pick from 2018, Beaudin probably isn't ready for a full-time NHL gig just yet, but he'll get a look in training camp to potentially take on a depth role in 2020-21. With 15 points in 59 contests with AHL Rockford last season, Beaudin's offense isn't where it needs to be to emerge as a regular contributor for the big club, but his defense is strong.
