Wahl will spend the 2009-10 season in the WHL with the Spokane Chiefs. The Flames like his work ethic and he has shown some offensive competency but it is far too early to derive what kind of fantasy value he might have in the next few years. Stay tuned.
Wahl put together an excellent year in the WHL in 2007-08, scoring 73 points in 67 games while helping his team to a great year. He has excellent potential, but will spend a year or two more in the minors to hone his skills.
