2024 Fantasy Outlook
Bramlett has some question marks heading into 2024 as he closed the season with four consecutive missed cuts and last teed-it-up in July. He withdrew from a pair of events in the fall but it's unknown if it was injury related. Assuming he's healthy, he offers a high ceiling due to his ball-striking as he ranked 18th in driving distance and 37th in strokes-gained approach. That led to seven top-20s despite only gaining strokes putting in 5-of-24 tournaments. He offers more upside than most under-the-radar golfers and is capable of competing on longer courses if the putter gets warm. Read Past Outlooks
T29 at Bermuda Championship
November 19, 2024
Bramlett carded an even-par 71 on Sunday at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship to finish eight-under and tied for 29th.
ANALYSIS
Bramlett ranked 15th among the field in putts per GIR en route to 19 total birdies throughout his four rounds at Port Royal, though he dropped one spot to No. 147 in the FedExCup Fall standings with the T29 finish. He'll tee it up again this week at The RSM Classic where he's never placed better than T64 across five career Sea Island appearances.

Bramlett missed the cut more often than not throughout his 29 events played on the PGA Tour during the 2021-22 season, which resulted in a 174th-place finish in the FedExCup standings. He posted just one total top-25 result along the way at the Sony Open in Hawaii, however, Bramlett strung together impressive finishes of T18-T6-T23 throughout the Korn Ferry Tour Finals to retain his PGA Tour card. This past season, Bramlett still managed to rank 57th in SG: Tee-to-Green thanks in part to his advantageous driving distance.
Despite making the cut in 15 of 27 starts throughout the 2020-21 PGA Tour campaign, Bramlett found himself more than 20 spots outside the top 125 in the FedEx Cup standings as the Korn Ferry Tour Finals came calling. Bramlett, though, went on to win the KFT Championship after back-to-back top-30s at the Boise Open and the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship, landeing atop the Finals 25 points list by a fairly substantial margin while climbing to a career-best 155th in the Official World Golf Ranking. As a result, he'll retain PGA Tour status for what will be his third consecutive season.
Bramlett didn't advance to the FedEx Cup Playoffs after earning his PGA Tour card back for the first time since 2011, but he did notch a top-10 at the Puerto Rico Open to go along with three additional top-25s. Eight missed cuts in 18 starts proved costly, though he ranked 25th in GIR percentage and 28th in proximity from the fairway. Bramlett also tallied back-to-back top-3s at the Korn Ferry Tour's Korn Ferry Challenge and King & Bear Classic in June.
Bramlett was a rookie on the PGA Tour in 2011 and that season did not go well. Bramlett finished well outside the top 125, and he's spent the last eight seasons trying to get back. He did just enough in 2018-19 to find his way back to the PGA Tour, but unless he improves his game, he'll have a hard time staying there. Bramlett hasn't had a lot of success on the Korn Ferry Tour the last eight seasons, it's hard to imagine he'll have a lot of success on the PGA Tour this season.
Bramlett enters the PGA TOUR fresh from college, which worked out fine for fellow Stanford grad Tiger Woods. Bramlett, though, likely will find his first venture into professional golf a little more difficult. He becomes just the second African American currently on the PGA Tour. Bramlett helped Stanford win the NCAA men's team title in 2007.
