ANALYSIS
Sinnett spent camp with the Bengals, but he was unable to make the team's final 53-man roster. He ultimately got a second chance in Cincinnati and was brought back as a member of the practice squad Sept. 22, when Joe Burrow was dealing with a calf injury. However, with Burrow now healthy, the Bengals are opting to not keep the No. 3 quarterback on their practice squad at this time.

With starting quarterback Joe Burrow out for several weeks with a calf strain, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Sinnett -- who last played in the XFL in 2023 with the Brahmas -- is working out with the Bengals on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Since being signed by the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2020, Sinnett caught onto practice squad spots for the Eagles and Dolphins before being cut by Miami last November. He caught on with the Brahmas for the 2023 XFL season and played in one game before being placed on injured reserve in March after undergoing surgery to repair a fracture in his right foot. He's competing with fellow XFL quarterback Drew Plitt to assume a temporary spot as the third quarterback behind Trevor Siemian and Jake Browning.
